Warranty
  • Two Year Warranty
  • Nappa Dori offers a two-year warranty against production faults. In case of any breakage due to manufacturing faults, we will repair it for you.
  • Contact us at customercare@nappadori.com and we will evaluate the damage and organize a repair at our workshop. You are required to send the case to your nearest store or workshop where it will be repaired and returned to you. The repair process can take up to 4-6 weeks.
  • It is important to note that the warranty does not protect your luggage against any cosmetic damage or damage from misuse. In order to avail of a valid warranty, please make sure that the case is locked when it is turned in at the repair centre.
  • This warranty is only applicable in India.
  • Airline Damage
  • In the event of airline damage, we can offer invoices and repair quotes to assist your claim against the airline. Please contact customercare@nappadori.com and we will help you in the best way possible.
  • It is recommended that the airline damage be reported as soon as possible since it needs to be notified within a bounded timeframe. While we can provide proper documentation to support your claim, Nappa Dori will not work as an airline baggage claim.

Goods are shipped within 1-2 days on placement of the order, except for orders placed on Sundays and national holidays, which are processed on the next working day.
